We offer a low cost Spay/Neuter Service for Cats for the folks of Ashtabula County.

We call our program
“Ashtabula Low Cost Spay Neuter”

The program is run by Saving Our Strays Cat Rescue

A 501 (C) (3) Public Charity organizations and are all volunteer.

We urge all pet owners to have their companion animals fixed.
This will insure the health and well being of your pet as well as making a more loving pet.
Anyone that can afford to have their animal fixed by a local vet is the way to go.
Our Spay/Neuter service is provided by a net work of vets.
Our program is for those who cannot afford the services of a local vet and that is the program we offer as outlined below.
